Our recovery and self-management resource centres provide you with all the advice, information and resources you need to move forward with your recovery, or to provide effective support to a person with a mental illness who you care for.

Our resource centre staff are fully trained to provide advice on recovery, help you develop self-management skills, and to signpost you to other services which can support you in your goals. Our centres also provide internet access and the opportunity to reduce social isolation and form friendships with other service users and carers to provide mutual support.

The centres hold regular partnership meetings, giving you the opportunity to consult with staff and have a voice in the design and delivery of services.
