Your donation can help make sure we are there to support people with mental health problems, and their families, when they need us and for as long as they need us.

You can make a regular or one off donation here. Your donation could help us in so many ways:

• £10 could provide a warm welcome and much needed information and advice at one of our regular drop-in sessions
• £25 could provide a listening ear and friendly chat as part of our Hafal Promise, for someone in your community who needs support with their mental health
• £50 could help us with seeds and gardening equipment for our gardening projects across Wales
• £150 could buy the equipment and materials we need to make sure everyone who visits our resource centres can do an activity they enjoy
• £500 could provide a short break for a child with a long term or life limiting condition
