Survey: can you help Hafal measure the mental health impact of coronavirus in Wales?

Hafal is currently looking for feedback on the impact of the recent coronavirus outbreak on people’s mental health in Wales, and their experience of mental health services.

The Charity is looking to gather the thoughts and experiences of people accessing mental health services in Wales in order to assess the impact this is having on individuals’ mental health.

What Hafal will do with this information?

Hafal will analyse all the responses to this survey and write a report that identifies important themes in what people tell them. This will influence the way they plan and actively run services and provide invaluable information for on-going conversations with the NHS, local government and Welsh Government regarding their provisions for these issues.

This information being collected is anonymous and is extremely important in enabling Hafal service users and carers to have a voice and be part of helping Hafal to identify important themes. Any information which identifies individual responses will not be shared or published, but may be used as anonymous quotes.
