Delton Challenge team takes on the Pembrokeshire coast in support of Hafal Crossroads

This summer we are sending our support and best wishes to the Delton Challenge team who are  walking the stunning 186 miles of the Pembrokeshire coast path over a series of eight weekends while carrying Delton – an eight-year-old boy with spina bifida.

The walk is raising funds for organisations who have supported Delton and his family, including Hafal Crossroads, the Puffin Ward at Withybush Hospital and Shine.

Although Delton lives in Pembrokeshire, his disability means that it’s difficult for him and his family to enjoy the beaches and walks. The 2017 Delton Challenge is aimed at giving Delton the experience of a lifetime while saying thank you to organisations who have helped him survive and thrive.

Good luck to Delton and all your supporters, and a thank you for your support!

You can volunteer to take part in the walk on the Delton Challenge Facebook Group, and you can sponsor specific Delton Challenge teams via their sponsorship page. For more information on the Delton Challenge, visit their webpage.
