Hafal Trustee Mair Elliott has been nominated for an award at the 2018 St David Awards.
The St David Awards recognise the achievements of people in Wales from all walks of life and is voted for by the public. Finalists will be announced at an award ceremony on 22nd March at the Senedd in Cardiff.
Mair, from Pembrokeshire, is a mental health and autism campaigner in Wales, raising awareness through talking about her own personal experiences.
The event is now in its fifth year and acknowledges the people from Wales who have inspired, helped or made a positive difference in other people’s lives throughout the past 12 months.
Amongst the categories for the awards are Bravery, Culture, Sport and Young Person and for her fantastic efforts, Mair’s now been nominated for an award in the ‘Citizenship’ category.
